The customer service is great! They respond in a timely manner if I have any questions. They are also kind enough to run reports for us for when we need more info.

We have been running this app for a while for a non profit and it has worked out very well for us. Recently I encountered an issue after updating our theme and sent in an email for help. My situation was responded to quickly and Vivek had my issue fixed within minutes of receiving permission to collaborate with our account. Top notch service.

We recently installed the Easy Donation app and had a few questions during setup. Isha provided outstanding support, incredibly fast, clear, and proactive. Thanks to his quick actions, everything was resolved right away and we’re now using the app without any issues. Great service and highly recommended!

I am using the Easy Donation APP with five variants plus "other". When I add my donation to my checkout cart, the dollar amount is not correct. For example I donate $10, add it to my cart, and my cart says $10 was marked, but the checkout amount is $250. How do I correct this?
