The app works but the Mexico address data is incomplete. The default list has the 32 states with no colonias and the "with colonia" list only covers some zones (Aguascalientes and Coahuila were missing). If you need the colonia on the shipping label you have to upload your own custom list. BUT the problem is how their team loads custom lists. They put the whole list inline in the head of your product page. In our case that's a 1.2 MB block (about 320 KB compressed). On a product page Lighthouse mobile with slow 4G throttling gives a first contentful paint of 3.9 s with the app and 2.5 s without it. Support confirmed custom lists can only be embedded inline and that this can't be changed. Loading the list only when the form opens would fix it. Until then an incomplete default dataset ends up adding that weight to every page of the store. I'll update this review when it's fixed.
I have been using EasySell COD Form for a long time, I am one of their oldest customers. But their customer service has become extremely pathetic. They have no manners to talk and they never resolve the issue. On top of that, they have increased the prices of packages so much that it is impossible for a small business to afford. Now I don't understand this app at all. I am removing it from my store and I would advise everyone not to buy it.
