This app is having lots of errors. Events are not being sent properly. Event id is missing. Content ID mismatch. Ultimately pixel error and campaigns will stop performing. Cost per purhcase will become triple after usage of one week. Be aware.

Worst apps , Hard to setup and too costly, I used Priya COD form and it's 100% free for unlimited orders.

Steer clear of Easy Sell COD (Shopify) app! Glitches, unreliable, and poor support. Don't risk your business with this nightmare. Avoid at all costs! Currently I'm using GOAT COD SELL which is more better and cheaper than Easy Sell COD.
