This app is excellent for COD forms and upsells. The team is very responsive and open to feedback. The app is reliable, easy to use, and helps increase conversion rates. Highly recommended if you want a flexible COD form with strong marketing features and great support behind it.

Been using this app for over 6 months, no issues whatsoever , support is always available and very helpful , litterally 24/7 they helped me midday and midnight 4 am 7 am, you ask they answer, BEST FORM APP EVER HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
