ポイント利用がShopify上で「商品ディスカウント」として処理されるため、商品ディスカウントクーポンと併用できませんでした。 当店では、特定ブランド・特定商品を対象にした商品クーポンを多用しているため、この仕様では実運用に使えません。ポイント利用が注文ディスカウント扱いであれば問題なかったのですが、商品ディスカウント扱いであることが大きな制約になります。 この点は導入可否に関わる非常に重要な仕様だと思いますが、「重大な注意事項」として分かりやすく記載されておらず、ヘルプデスク内の情報を事前に見つけるのは難しいと感じました。 特に他カートからShopifyへ移行してきた事業者にとっては、ポイント機能を導入しただけでクーポン運用に影響を及ぼすことは想像できません。 課金後に利用準備をしていた2日目にこの制約が分かり、実運用には至りませんでしたが、返金対応もできないとのことでした。 商品クーポンとポイント利用を併用したいストアは、導入前にこの仕様を必ず確認した方がいいと思います。（なお、今後の仕様変更する可能性もあるとのことでしたので付け加えておきます。）
