長年使用しておりますが、期間や商品を絞ったポイントアップ機能など、使いやすいアプリだと思います。今回テーマ変更の際のセットアップで、丁寧に対応いただき大変助かりました。
ポイント利用がShopify上で「商品ディスカウント」として処理されるため、商品ディスカウントクーポンと併用できませんでした。 当店では、特定商品を対象にした商品クーポンを多用しているため、この仕様では実運用に使えません。特に他カートからShopifyへ移行してきた事業者にとっては、ポイント機能を導入しただけでクーポン運用に影響を及ぼすことは想像できません。 この点は導入可否に関わる非常に重要な仕様だと思いますが、「重大な注意事項」として分かりやすく記載されておらず、ヘルプデスク内の情報を事前に見つけるのは難しいと感じました。 商品クーポンとポイント利用を併用したいストアは、導入前にこの仕様を必ず確認した方がいいと思います。なお、今後の仕様変更する可能性もあるとのことでしたので付け加えておきます。
