Easy Reports & Data Export

This app was great until they ran an update and deleted my old reports. After reading my original review (bad) they reached out to me and fixed the problem they created. The acknowledge that there was a fault in their update and helped remake the lost report. Hurt for a couple days, but back on track. Used for a decade flawlessly. Hopefully no more updates, but they helped resolve the issue! Not often the case. I would recommend.

I only generate a few reports a year so I don't need anything too robust but this app allows me to select all of the details I could possible imagine needing from my shop and I can custom make my own reports. the few times that I use it, it's very easy to use. I did run into a query I was stumped by and the creator responded within an hour. over all great app! I think I've been using it for two years and not needed any other reporting apps.

Exteamly helpful app to generate those report and summary reports you need on a daily bases. The app is easy to use and includes very nice features. The team are super responsive and eager to make the app even better. Rating wise, I think the app in its current state is a 4, but I am rating it 5 simply because they are responsive and even added a new feature quickly based on my request.

After some initial difficulties with support we were able to get everything straightened out, this app has been great for our Shopify store.

Easy report is vital to our store! Though there are minor issues here and there but the biggest perk is how responsive the team is to helping you out.

This App saved my life! Instead of using "Export Orders" from shopify, I use Easy reports and have all my reports automated. Don't have to set filters,erase lines or do manuall work for my reports! Thank you Easy Reports!

Gets the job done and is much cheaper than having a higher Shopify plan for reports. Customer service is amazing and very fast!

This app has been instrumental in providing the reporting needed to run our business. Support is excellent. I recently reached out needed the actual shipping charges paid added to a report and they added the new data in less than a day.
