The reporting is intuitive and easy to use. Essentially, I create a report that I'd like to run under my templates tab in the app's admin area. There's another tab to schedule the report. This is where the report can be configured to automatically run at specific times of the day. For example, run a sales report that gets emailed to me every Monday morning at 7am. The scheduler also allows defining what date range(s) the report should be run for. This means I can create a single report template, say for sales by SKU, then have it run for last week, last month, last year, etc. For my specific purposes, I have these schedules run automatically and save to Google Drive. It's also possible to manually run the reports at anytime or have it emailed. Plenty of options and flexibility with this app. In addition, the level of support I've experienced is hands down the best I've encountered of any Shopify app. Very quick to respond, articulate, and overall, awesome!

This is a great app. Support is usually quick to respond and very helpful. Non-technical users may have some difficulty due to minimal documentation, but fields and customization are much better than Shopify's default abilities.

We've just added a new section in the app support centre called "Which Attributes can I add to my Report Template?" that shows the complete list of attributes that can be added to the different type of reports with their correspondent description. Hope this makes the app a little bit easier to use. Thanks!

Great app for a very low cost. I needed to tap into detailed reports and this allows me to do it. Impressed by a very responsive team. Had a small issue with a report and the developers responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Well worth it.

This is a reporting app that every Shopify retailer should have! Its very easy to pull data and if you have any questions, the team is very responsive.

I was able to make and automate different types of reports with filter criteria. It saved me a lot of time. I needed some customization in the report and the support team helped me in a few hours. Great service

This app really is an easy way to get reports! You can set it up to send automated reports each day or each week, and customize what info you want on them. The support team is super helpful, which is the best part. They've responded to every question I asked within just a few hours (even on weekends) and have fixed everything I needed, even adding functionality I requested.

The app is very easy to use and also has one of the better user interfaces. I also needed a couple more fields on my reports and the dev had them added by the next day. Very responsive and helpful.

Apps often fail to open, and no one responds to the feedback, indicating that the experience is extremely poor

I've been using this app for a few months. Every time I ran into an issue creating a report their team has been there to provide direction and help in creating the reports I need. They are now adding some functionality based on my feedback. This app is a bargain for the functionality it offers.

One of the best apps we have installed. If you're a business owner/manager that needs to crunch data to get a pulse on your business, and you love Excel or Google sheets, then this app is for you! We love the scheduler that sends saved reports to our email and also sends updates to a shared Google Sheet for our staff to see. Wonderfully written and support is great.

Serves all our needs when it comes to exporting orders with filtering, SKUs sold over different time-periods, and more. Support has helped out quickly every time we've had an issue as well.

I use this app to track our high school hockey team's tree sale fundraiser. It has been an invaluable tool, enabling the players to track their sales and which customers ordered. I recently contacted Shopify to see if we could customize the names on the columns of our reports. Within two days, the software developer modified the app to accommodate this request. So fantastic!!!
