Very intuitive, easy to set up, and customer service is super responsive. Not as well known, but much better than some more expensive apps. Recommended.

This app has significantly improved our customer experience and has all the features we were looking for. The admin panel is easy to use and intuitive. Even more, their customer service is exceptional and has gone over and above to support us.
