Dan, in particular, has been fantastic to work with. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to jump on a call to discuss our needs in detail. In addition to customizing certain features for us, their team built a custom integration with one of their partners, which was a key factor in bringing our entire workflow together. That level of support and flexibility has made a meaningful difference for our business. They are also very open to feedback and have already implemented some of our suggestions. It is clear they are continuously improving the platform, and we are excited about the new features they have in development. Another significant advantage is that Easy Subscriptions does not charge transaction fees on top of their subscription fee, which we greatly appreciate.
