Easy Subscriptions App

There support is excellent. I'm not very tech savvy and they literally set everything up for me. The subscription tabs Look. awesome in the shop and everything works perfectly.

great onboarding and customisation

This app made it surprisingly easy to launch subscriptions without needing a complicated setup. The interface is clean, the subscription options are flexible, and everything integrates smoothly with our store. We especially like how easy it is for customers to manage their own subscriptions, which has reduced support requests. Whenever we needed assistance, the support team was quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it's been a great addition to our Shopify store and has helped us build more recurring revenue.

I've been using this app for subscriptions for a few months and I'm honestly blown away by the level of support offered by the team here. Nothing is any trouble for them - from set up, to ongoing / ad hoc questions I have, they are incredibly responsive and provide very detailed instructions (along with helpful screenshots - ideal for a technophobe like me). I also really appreciate their willingness to work with smaller stores like mine. The app was easy to set up and they offered plenty of help with this. Since then, the subscription feature has brought in additional sales for me so I'm really pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Subscriptions, and I look forward to exploring their other features too. Thanks Kevin and Dan! :)

Amazing team to work with. Always going the extra mile. I own a subscription based business and spent 5 years and $500,000 on my first website full custom build. The day came when I met the easysubs team and they changed everything. I scrapped the old site and allowed them to build me a site that put the other site to shame. Even better for less than a tenth of the cost of my first site. The new site that they created had 1000% better function. They have held my hand the whole way and ALWAYS make sure that my site is optimal and if I have an issue their customer support team is there to help. Best product support, EasySubscriptions are amazing at being attentive to our subscription service. They were able to walk us through the setup with ease and help us customize our offer within a few minutes. Best bang for our buck if you know what we mean!

Great product and support

We switched to Easy Subscriptions App after struggling with another app that was overcomplicated. Setup took us under an hour and we had our first subscription plan live the same day. The build a box feature has been a hit with our customers, and the self-service portal means way fewer "how do I pause my order" emails landing in our inbox. Ryan has been quick and actually helpful every time we've reached out. Really glad we made the switch.

Easy Subscriptions makes recurring billing effortless. Customers love building boxes and bundles, while I enjoy higher sales with zero fees.
