Support was great and helped with the minor configuration issues I was facing. Very professional team. They also recommended some best practices, which were very helpful.

We recently made the switch to Easy Subs for our coffee subscription business, and I'm so glad we did! It works with Shopify perfectly, and is very straightforward to set up. But most importantly, the support team is phenomenal. I needed to rely on them quite a bit for some of the trickier accounts to migrate and the team has been so responsive and helpful. I feel like they're part of my own team!
