Daniel is a great assest. He was very helpful and patience to setup the subscription on my store. Hoping to get the best price later on when we renew the contract after 100 subscription.. Again good to have ppl like him who are knowledgeable and friendly Regards, Faran and Asif Khan

Overall pretty happy with this app. The new features are great for bundles and custom boxes, a few hickups to get there but the customer service is excellent.

I tried probably 20 different subscription apps before finding Easy Subscriptions, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been a truly wonderful experience. The app is intuitive, reliable, and integrates smoothly with my Shopify store, but what really makes it stand out is the support team. They are extremely responsive and go above and beyond to help with any questions or issues. What’s even more impressive is how quickly they implement requested features. It’s rare to find a team this engaged and committed to improving their product. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a subscription solution that actually delivers!

Quick response with their support. The app is easy to navigate/modify and feedback from customers so far is positive. Kevin was very helpful in explaining how the app works and assisting us in getting it setup properly!

After facing some challenges with the subscription flow and understanding how inventory syncs from Shopify to the Easy Subscriptions App, I jumped on a call with their team for a screen share. They answered all of my questions, and I was able to significantly streamline our processes for the online store. The live support is incredibly helpful.

I’ve been using the Easy Subscription app on Shopify, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. We found excellent features in the app that perfectly meet the needs of our store. Throughout the installation process, we received outstanding support with very quick responses, including a video call to provide real-time guidance on using the app. We highly recommend the Easy Subscriptions app!
