There's nothing 'easy' about the fulfillment with this app. It's very difficult to use and there's no how to videos or anything. There is email support which in my case I dont have access to because it is not my store.

送り状の追跡番号をuploadしてもフルフィルメントのボタンが出てこない またuploadのボタンが出てくるので 同じことの繰り返しになります そこから先にすすめなくて使えない お金も払っているのに困る

We want to inform you that the fulfillment button has been moved to the top bar of the order's list table. The button will appear when you select at least one item in the orders list. It was made to improve UX, but unfortunately, we made a small mistake while updating that caused you inconvenience.
