Heads up to those who want to use this app - you can lock products all you want on your website but your items are still searchable / viewable / available for purchase through the shop app so ultimately not very useful. even if you don't have your products available to purchase through shop app, your customer can still see it. support tried to help which was lovely but in the end I was told this app does not keep items hidden in "shop".
Hi, we're really sorry about this, we've looked into this, but as you mentioned our app isn't able to hide products from the Shop app. Our app gets installed on your storefront, and can hide products there. My problem, which had arisen after a shopify upgrade to solve login issues, was sorted out smoothly and the outcome is exactly what I needed. They actually went above and beyond and fixed it for me rather sending a check list for me to do myself. A real time saver. Excellent!!
