Hi, I'm sorry about this! You can simply reinstall the app (no charge or anything) and uninstall from within the app to clean everything up. When you install yes the app modifies your store's theme code so it can implement the lock(s) you've configured, and we email you to let you know that this is happening and how to clean it up.
