Great app ONLY IF IT WORKS! The checkout popup is stuck for a week now on IOS , and their development team is taking forever to solve the problem. Their support is responsive but i think their dev team does not exist. They keep saying dev team is investigating. How long does it take to investigate such an CLEAR issue.
Hi there, Thank you for your review, and I'm really sorry our app have not work well with your theme. As we already explained in our email, that's conflict with your theme JS code, not the bug in the app itself. Your theme contains some script that is blocking scroll inside the blocks on mobile devices, and that affects our popup window also. Unfortunately our dev team was unable to override that code for our popup only and not affect other elements of the website. But investigations and tests really took some time on our end. You could check our app demo here from your iPhone and you'll see that scroll is working on mobile devices on other Shopify themes: https://social-sign-in.myshopify.com/products/easyorder-1. Great app! Using it as a work-around for customers who want to order but can't be bothered entering their payment and shipping details at time of ordering. Very basic customisation in app available, but the nice folk at Nexuus customised it for me free of charge!

I needed to add email order form to certain products and I couldn't find right app. This was closest app I could find and still needed to modify some features. I reached out support and I got instant reply and rest was nothing but awesome! What an amazing support! Ilia was very helpful! Mission accomplished! Thank you again Ilia!

Wish I could rate this ZERO! The app changed our Shopify theme and removed the ADD TO CART button to our site during a critical holiday shopping period. BEWARE.

This Is the Best App on Shopify, from Best I Mean the Best Among All the Apps. the Reason Is that It Converts the Best Because of Very Easy Checkout Form. I Really Wish It Recognises Customers if The Customers Provide There Phone Number only And No Email, Then Its Gonna Be Magical App.

We have been looking for an app like this for quite some time. Our company does not accept online payments so it is exactly what we were looking for. The app integrated with our theme perfectly. We contacted the Support team to have it customized a little to better suit our business and they were amazing! This app does exactly what we need and its been super reliable. They have been very quick to respond to anything that comes up, including tweaking the way it works for us. I've installed it on two sites now. They definitely have better customer service than most shopify app companies. Bravo

wonderful app--very easy to install and configure. App support is immediate and helpful. A great simple solution for wholesale orders. Nothing else like it.
