We have used this app for many years to guide our archery customers to find the correct components for their specific arrow shaft. I'm happy to say that the service we have received from NexusMedia over the years has been excellent. Whenever we have had an issue, no matter if it's a big one or a small one, we have been able to depend on a speedy response, clear and concise communication, and a dedication to our satisfaction with the app. The most recent issue I had was swiftly resolved by Kateryna and Nina. I do recommend this app - it was a bit time consuming on the front end getting the database loaded, but the help it provides our customers is priceless, and saves us from answering the "what fits my arrow" question on a daily basis.

App is easy to use and implement but what really blew me away was the customer service. We had a pretty unique need for very custom products and they were very responsive and so helpful. We had everything sorted and set within 48 hours. So glad we found them.

I have a Performance Automotive Parts store with a massive catalog. Nexus and their team have been amazing at helping me get a very good ymm search and also helping customize to my brand and needs. I am only using the basic package currently and they have done way more than I had expected. My customers can now search using ymm, then filtering down even further on next pages. They’ve also helped me set up a search by brand method that can then be narrowed down further with ymm and then even further with more filters.
