Alyona was great to deal with. My Easy Search database stopped working due to an issue caused when product tags were changed during SEO work. She quickly identified the problem and imported a new database, getting everything back up and running within about an hour. Really fast, effective support - excellent experience with Nexus.

We've been using this app for almost three years and have had nothing but good experiences with it. It's very easy to implement and configuration is a breeze. I love this app - it has everything I need in order to create the year/make/model/fitment lookup in my store. It has the features, look, design and function that I want. Most important, they have been very responsive and are always available to help and assist in any way possible with quick responses. I will use this app on all of my sites.

The Easy Search app was easy to install and is extremely convenient for the customer to use on our site. Customer service was excellent throughout the setup process and Alyona was extremely responsive when I reached out for help. It was nice to keep an ongoing chat chain with the same person who understood where I was coming from every time I needed help. I would say this is a mandatory piece to any online automotive parts store. Highly recommend!

We have used this app for many years to guide our archery customers to find the correct components for their specific arrow shaft. I'm happy to say that the service we have received from NexusMedia over the years has been excellent. Whenever we have had an issue, no matter if it's a big one or a small one, we have been able to depend on a speedy response, clear and concise communication, and a dedication to our satisfaction with the app. The most recent issue I had was swiftly resolved by Kateryna and Nina. I do recommend this app - it was a bit time consuming on the front end getting the database loaded, but the help it provides our customers is priceless, and saves us from answering the "what fits my arrow" question on a daily basis.
