You can not even get into the app it just takes you to an upgrade page So much for a free trial Literally the worst app i have even seen

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you had a confusing experience with Shopify's billing system. Here is how it works for free trials: 1. When you install an app, you're prompted to approve a charge for the chosen plan before you can begin using the free trial. 2. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, you won't be charged. 3. If you decide to keep using the app beyond your free trial, the subscription charge will start automatically after the trial ends. It sounds like you only saw the subscription charge page and might not have realized that Shopify requires this step to activate the trial. I understand it can be confusing if you're new to how billing approvals work on the Shopify App Store.
