This is a simple and intuitive app, works exactly as it says and meets my video needs perfectly. Their support is top notch. Fast turnaround. It didn't work completely right after the install. App support responded to my support even on a Sunday via email, and was able to get the issue fixed in a timely and effective manner. Thank you.

This app works really well. We have been using it for a long time now without any issues. Developers are very friendly, they helped with playing videos on loop and also with displaying different video sizes. We are working on adding new videos all the time as products with embedded videos generally preform better. I would encourage every store owner to give this app a go.

Adds videos to your product images quite easily. Great customer support! We had a few formatting issues at the beginning, but their dev team solved them quickly. Fast forward almost a year, we had a weird occurrence of product description text going behind the product images due to something in the app's coding. Again, their customer support and dev team was on top of it, solved the issue quickly, and without hesitation.

Does what it says. Adds video to product carousel. It didn't work at first, we are using shogun the page builder. But one quick contact to support and it was fixed in 24 hours! Great product and support. Thx!

We love that we can offer a video as one of our product thumbnails and this app makes it really easy! It mysteriously stopped working for a bit but their customer service was on it when I let them know and fixed it right away.

video starts approx 7 to 10 second delay.customer not wait for video so no use if video run after 10 seconds. support is good but product not worth . How to remove junk of your app which is showing in meta ?

I used this app so i could add videos along with the images under the main product image. It is very neat and easily found. The Easy team were a great help when a little adjusting was required to the script of my theme. Delighted with the outcome and highly recommend the app and the support team.

Amazing! I definitely recommend for anyone willing to work with product video. The set up is easy at the first time video was not in the size I was willing for, then I've contacted the support the solved my issue straight forward in less than 24 hours. I really like this app. It gives me the ability to offer product information in video form without hogging screen real estate. And to confirm what was written in other reviews, the support staff was amazing. I had an issue with an older theme and Tetiana and her software footsoldiers went to work immediately and solved my issue. Great app! Great support. Rod Machado

A great wee app that quickly and easily adds in YouTube or Vimeo videos to your product galleries. OK, it's easy enough to add these into a product description, but it's so much nicer to have videos where they should be; with the images. I had a bit of a problem in that I could only realistically use the 'pop-up' feature. This was great on desktop or mobile (always nice when mobile image features work correctly!). However...when I set the videos to be viewed 'as a gallery' - they slipped off my mobile screen. desktop was still fine. So, after just getting along for a while, being mostly happy, I thought I'd ask if they could perhaps sort the problem. Apparently my theme was probably causing the problem (even though it's just the free theme, 'Venture'). However, they worked at it...took a little while but now it's perfectly responsive. On mobile, portrait, landscape or desktop mode (again both orientations) and on desktop, resizing the window -it just gets on with the job, situated in the same space as the normal images. there is one caveat (I believe) - in that on mobile portrait and when the desktop is resized down, the video area becomes square, rather than 16:9. For 'normal' videos, this would of course be a problem - but as these are product videos and the product is located in the centre of the screen - all is fine. So - all in all, very happy and well recommended :-)
