I'm new to CED and the experience has been tricky but rewarding at the same time. I am learning as I go and knowing I can get live online support is a real game changer. The CED Team is quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend to others who are on the same or similar journey.
The app did not work as expected as it left out the descriptions for over 900 products. I uninstalled the app and contacted the developer for a credit as I had not been charged. Was only interested in fixing it, when it was clear it didnt work as expected. Now he wont give the credit. Shopify CANNOT give the credit only the developer can! Developer closed the ticket without providing the credit!
Moving from inkFrog to CedCommerce for our eBay operations has proven to be the smoothest setup process we have gone through so far. Rishu remarkably well versed and supportive whenever an issue arises, even when my questions might have sounded a bit silly.A wholehearted recommendation.

This app works seamlessly between my Shopify site and eBay. I had a few initial issues understanding how it works, but the support service was very responsive and resolved them very quickly.
