CedCommerce eBay Integration

Rishu is excellent at customer service. This app is so easy, intuitive and quick to understand.

Very good app and support

I used CedCommerce for integrating my ebay store with my Shopify, and it worked seamlessly with the help of Rishu and the developers assisting me. I had tried to use QuickSync, but it had trouble matching the data points. CedCommerce was able to fix these issues, sending all the necessary data to Shopify, so that I can use it to control everything from Shopify now. Amazing!

I am an experienced ebay seller and have branched out to setting up my own website on Shopify. Using this tool and the associated import tool has made my transition to Shopify very straightforward. Everything I have needed to do has been supported. When I have not specifically known how to use the App, support has been offered immediately and we have worked through any lack of understanding I have had to a working resolution. I highly recommend this app and their experienced friendly support team.

Easy setup and a great support team that is always available. I also have to say that the support team is always there for me with help and advice, even if I ask really stupid questions.

Make no mistake, these guys are GOOD. It's 1.30am uk time on a saturday morning as I write and Rishu is holding my hand through the process. The app is great and has been able to meet all my needs, but the big attraction is the confidence that having people on hand brings. Class acts.

Update - CedCommerce have informed me that eBay do not permit any Apps to manage the refunds, so this is an eBay issue. But I feel this could be made clearer somehow when generating the refund through Shopify so I have requested that something be done to improve this. ______________________________________ This app has worked really well for us, enabling us to easily add our products into eBay whilst keeping stock levels integrated with Shopify so it all runs seamlessly together. The only setback I've had is with the returns. I initiated a refund through Shopify for an eBay order but this isn't automatically generated so you have to manage this through eBay. That's the only downside so far.

It made it so much ieasier to post my products on ebay. I originally had my shop on Etsy, but moved my product on ebay at no time, and getting the same service. I also appreciate the customer support, which was able to help me out within minutes.
