Absolutely incredible customer service! Saved us like a week of trial and error. This app is fantastic, - highly suggest you try if you have any synching needed to eBay. I would give more stars if I could :)

I have been using this app for almost a year now, its been nothing but a pure joy. Their customer support is amazing, and the integration is smooth and easy. The order and inventory management is just magic. At first, I tried to use the Shopify marketplace connector app. It was my worst mistake, when I initiated the integration, it messed up my whole store! they didn't have any support to help me solve this problem. Luckily, CedCommerce team stepped in and helped me with solving the issue. I am more than happy. Will definitely recommend.
Excellent app! I tried other apps that allow you to sync your Shopify inventory with eBay, and this is definitely the most easy to use and reliable. The pricing plans are good value too. The support is EXCELLENT. I've had a few questions, and they have all been resolved quickly and successfully. I now have over 100 products syncing successfully between eBay and Shopify, and plan to sync A LOT more! Orders get pulled through to Shopify easily also. 100% recommend!

This app makes uploading products from Shopify to Ebay an automated experience rather than a painful manual exercise. I was able to upload several items on my own, and then I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Mohammad ShoaibKhan who offered to help me. Mohammad was able to resolve 3 issues I had caused by manually editing in Ebay, help me get orders flowing, and even answered my thoughts about enhancement requests and let me know they were already working on those. The customer service is mighty at this company!
Great app! Easy to use once you sit down and read the instructions. The syncing and uploading to and from eBay/Shopify is seamless. The support do a great job too, and respond very quick to all queries raised. Thank you, Andrew

When i started to use the app, i got stuck on few things. Then i reached out for the help and the response was really quick. The team member are always ready to help. Most of the time, this just runs in the background, and we never need to think about it, perfect. If ever I need assistance, there is always someone on the other end of the live chat, and they always resolve my issues quickly.

excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.

Among all the other app for eBay integration we found this app a better option. It takes time to understand how it works. There are some do’s and don’t but overall it is doing what we wanted it to do. It is a good app. Excellent customer service.

Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands.
