Great hand hold setup for a non tec administrator. Thank you for reaching out and linking our Shopify store to EBay We had been used to the previous Shopify automatic link with Ebay and discovered to our cost and reputation that this had ended. We set up with this app but did not understand the workings. I sent a 'help' message out on the WhatsApp channel that they opened on setup and got a reply a few hours later. It happened to be 4am in France where I was on holiday but as the 'catch all' boss, not unwelcome and by 6am cet all was sorted and our orders started to download again to our Shopify store. We'll done , great effort and I will pass on my communication to our tec bod as soon as he starts work in 4 hours. Now back to bed.

No issues with the app whatsoever. I had some questions in the beginning which were answered professionally and in a timely manner. WhatsApp help is a great idea and makes the things so much easier. I am very happy with the app and I am going to use their Amazon integration app as well.

Sometimes free plans are lacking major features but not here. They are very fair. The setup takes a while to get perfect but that's Ebay's fault, to be honest. Their customer support is amazing. I got a free zoom call to set up and answer my questions.

Best app so far customer service fixes issues in moments repeatedly rather than just telling you how to do it only if you ask they will tell you Tried so many other apps this has been the only useable one so far

Fast response! Great App! Love it very much! Easy to sync from shopify to ebay instantly. Take a little time but once you get it, its automated after that!

I was reluctant to download this app but since i did it, i was surprised how easy it was to move product and orders and the support team( NEHA) was super prompt in answering my questions and sorting out the issues.
