I've downloaded almost every app for eBay importing available, and this is the only one that actually functions with the least amount of effort. Most of the setup is pretty intuitive, but the most important thing is the customer support is amazing. They responded to everything very quickly in the chat (even on Sunday!) and were able to fix my issue easily.

The customer service provided on this app is great and Rishu is so helpful and solved all my problems. The app itself is super confusing frankly and he literally had to do it for me. I vote to get it but the onboarding is not easy.

Superb app which effortlessly uploads product at the press of a button. Set up is initially slightly fiddly but once its in place then it doesn't need touching I had to contact Customer Services a couple of times and they were superb and offered lot of help and guidance in setting up the app Highly recommend the CedCommerce app !

Superb, friendly and competent support at any time 24/7! App works also flawlessly so far and we will continue using it for our shopify store.
App successfully uploads my products onto eBay, had a bit of confusion but the live chat support has been there whenever I’ve had trouble to fix any issues so can’t complain about anything so far, I’m sure the more I use it the more I’ll get to grips with it all and won’t be pestering support as muchoverall great app especially for being free

This is a very robust app with lots of features and ways to configure the products for eBay. CedCommerce reached out to me to see if I needed assistance with setting up - the support person was extremely helpful with walking me through setting up the products, profiles, and syncing. Very good experience so far!

Amazing Customer Service! I was blown away by the level of support I received - the representative I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I've been using the app for about a week now, and am so far very pleased with it. It has really reduced the production time in posting across shopify and ebay. It's pretty intuitive to use and the dashboard is convenient. We've run into a couple minor issues but the chat feature is fantastic, as is the customer service who solved the issues for us immediately. They are clearly very responsive to reviews, as well as dedicated to improving the product and solving customer issues. It has been very impressive. As the product looks to progress and improve, I will note my wishes for improvements: I wish there was more mapping between shopify product fields and ebay, especially a way to denote the category. I would love to see one upload/app integration for multiple channels - including Etsy, Ebay, TikTok, etc. and the ability to toggle between and custom map fields. Until then, we're choosing to work with both the Ebay and Etsy integrations because we've been so pleased with how relatively seamless it's been.
