Sometimes free plans are lacking major features but not here. They are very fair. The setup takes a while to get perfect but that's Ebay's fault, to be honest. Their customer support is amazing. I got a free zoom call to set up and answer my questions.

Best app so far customer service fixes issues in moments repeatedly rather than just telling you how to do it only if you ask they will tell you Tried so many other apps this has been the only useable one so far

I was reluctant to download this app but since i did it, i was surprised how easy it was to move product and orders and the support team( NEHA) was super prompt in answering my questions and sorting out the issues.

Have had the app for 24 hours now and I must say it's far more accessible and user friendly than previous apps used. I had an issue when uploading a new listing to eBay which was explained in the error log but I couldn't find the issue myself so asked for help via the live chat, my query was answered within seconds and after a brief chat the issue was found within the item description code and resolved within 5-10 minutes and now I can continue to list products with no further issues. I can not fault the customer service 5* for my first experience, very friendly and helpful and would happily ask for assistance if needed again in the future.

I've downloaded almost every app for eBay importing available, and this is the only one that actually functions with the least amount of effort. Most of the setup is pretty intuitive, but the most important thing is the customer support is amazing. They responded to everything very quickly in the chat (even on Sunday!) and were able to fix my issue easily.

Superb app which effortlessly uploads product at the press of a button. Set up is initially slightly fiddly but once its in place then it doesn't need touching I had to contact Customer Services a couple of times and they were superb and offered lot of help and guidance in setting up the app Highly recommend the CedCommerce app !

This is a very robust app with lots of features and ways to configure the products for eBay. CedCommerce reached out to me to see if I needed assistance with setting up - the support person was extremely helpful with walking me through setting up the products, profiles, and syncing.
