Have had the app for 24 hours now and I must say it's far more accessible and user friendly than previous apps used. I had an issue when uploading a new listing to eBay which was explained in the error log but I couldn't find the issue myself so asked for help via the live chat, my query was answered within seconds and after a brief chat the issue was found within the item description code and resolved within 5-10 minutes and now I can continue to list products with no further issues. I can not fault the customer service 5* for my first experience, very friendly and helpful and would happily ask for assistance if needed again in the future.

If you have been managing a Shopify store for a long time, you'll find the CedCommerce platform quite familiar. The app can automatically match existing eBay listings with your products on Shopify (this was a MUST for us since we have rich multimedia on our eBay listings and want to be distinct from standard listings. To do so, match your SKU on your eBay listings with your Shopify products' SKU. I had to reach out to the CedCommerce team once so they could finish checking three products that, for whatever reason, couldn't match automatically (This is probably because those eBay listings have videos and other complex elements in the description). They solved this mystery in 3 minutes. We are new customers. Therefore, we will assess the reliability of fulfilling orders from eBay through this app in the next couple of months.

This app was very easy to use, what makes it even more user friendly is that there is a chat bar right there and the tech support is amazing at providing solutions. Glad I chose CEDCOMMERCE for my ebay store, Just had another wonderful experience with Rishu, helping me out . This has to be one of the easiest, seemless apps I have used yet.

I've downloaded almost every app for eBay importing available, and this is the only one that actually functions with the least amount of effort. Most of the setup is pretty intuitive, but the most important thing is the customer support is amazing. They responded to everything very quickly in the chat (even on Sunday!) and were able to fix my issue easily.

I found the app itself super difficult to setup but the customer service/chat provided on this app is great is so helpful and solved all my problems.
The customer service provided on this app is great and Rishu is so helpful and solved all my problems. The app itself is super confusing frankly and he literally had to do it for me. I vote to get it but the onboarding is not easy.

Superb app which effortlessly uploads product at the press of a button. Set up is initially slightly fiddly but once its in place then it doesn't need touching I had to contact Customer Services a couple of times and they were superb and offered lot of help and guidance in setting up the app Highly recommend the CedCommerce app !

Superb, friendly and competent support at any time 24/7! App works also flawlessly so far and we will continue using it for our shopify store.
App successfully uploads my products onto eBay, had a bit of confusion but the live chat support has been there whenever I’ve had trouble to fix any issues so can’t complain about anything so far, I’m sure the more I use it the more I’ll get to grips with it all and won’t be pestering support as muchoverall great app especially for being free

This is a very robust app with lots of features and ways to configure the products for eBay. CedCommerce reached out to me to see if I needed assistance with setting up - the support person was extremely helpful with walking me through setting up the products, profiles, and syncing. Very good experience so far!
