Siddhartha Raj was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my problem. Sahil is knowledgeable and very helpful Rishu is very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Rishu Harshit is great and knowledgable. He is extremely helpful and always have the answers when you get stuck. I switched from the free Ebay app to this one, but needed help in doing so. They provided excellent customer support. I had several questions before and they walked me through every one of them. I expect nothing less from this company, as I also use their Etsy app.

We recently integrated our eBay account with Shopify via the app and while we had a ton of questions in the beginning, the friendly and knowledgeable help staff made it possible for us to power through and get our listings squared away.
