This app makes it so much easier to process eBay order and have all details in one spot. I had an issue with syncing one of my orders and the customer service person fixed the issue within minutes and told me what to do if it happens again. I’m so impressed with the service and the app.

This app does exactly what we need for. Works perfect. It does not randomly change barcode to SKU, which ebay official app does. Their team provide very high end support, specially neha and harshit. We always have some special enquire to their team, such us change the dimension unit, help to upload specific products, fix profile issue, and ask them to explain the function details, and add new features. You can rely on their team. Top of the top.

Literally I have tried about 3 other apps over the past 7 years to sync Ebay and Etsy with my Shopify store and they have all been a disaster. This was the easiest and most painless process I have ever gone through. The difference is in the amazing 24/7 customer service where the team will make sure to answer all your concerns and help you or themselves fix the issues. They give you clear and kind illustrations how to get the app to work for you. I have thousands of products with tons of variants and sell mainly one of a kind so this is a HUGE feat. Our e-commerce store provides a highly customized catalog that has made integration with third party marketplaces tricky. We tried a number of applications without being able to achieve the desired results. Integration with this application took some work, both on our end, along with some help from the developer to initiate some changes on the back-end. We hit a couple bumps, however in the end, we have been able to achieve our goals. Customer support has been responsive, which seems to be necessary to some extent with most integrations. It is welcomed to have the ability to customize the integration process and tailor it to our needs. I suppose the simplest way to sum all of this up is to say that without this app & the developer's support efforts, we would be stuck entering all orders & tracking information manually. This has allowed us to avoid that last case scenario. REVISION: We finally connected the application in its intended way (aside from our crazy customizations) and everything has worked beautifully. Should have simply done this from the beginning.
