CED service is the best I have ever experienced. They spent hours walking me through how to sync up shopify and ebay. They answer almost immediately no matter what time I ask (even with the time difference). I use it every day. Now I can control inventory, list directly, do updates all directly from the app. The ebay orders are automatically synced into Shopify. It has been a game changer for me.

Excellent Support! They guide you until you have the app fully configured. I have all my products published on eBay in 24h, and I just received my first order.

This incredible app streamlined all of our company's eBay processes - from customizing templates for shipping and inventory, to sorting uploads via rules (e.g. upload all products with X tag). This application is MILES ahead of its competition, particularly ahead of the default ebay integration that shopify offers. The support team is beyond helpful; they actually take the time to help & provide walkthroughs, tutorials, and they do not stop until the problem is resolved. 11/10

If any seller is unique for the ebay marketplace, then we assign a team with a dedicated account manager who helps to set up the eBay account with eBay marketplace even if requires teamwork on the product listings. For the new sellers, eBay or can say all marketplace required too many settings & business policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling. If the products are already listed on eBay, then they can be managed easily through the eBay integration app also new products can be uploaded in bulk. We're new to the Shopify platform & the CEDCommerce app to integrate with Ebay. The customer support has been fast and on point in getting our initial listings and proper title / SEO done correctly the first time. If you have a question, ask away, we got the right answers quickly and clearly. 2nd Call: we saw an error in ebay inventory and contacted support, who promptly jumped right on it and found out the issue.... we had a setting that had been changed in error on our end, and problem was fixed in a snap. 2/7/2022 Had to update the synch with Ebay, and synch the inventory with our Shopify Store. Was connecting on and off, so we reached out to support who were able to get a good connection right away, and things back to normal. Thanks !

We use this app to manage our eBay offering. I'm impressed with the features available. The support team chat window is very helpful in assisting me to fully utilize the product and they are patient with me when I have a lot of questions.

I am a very small business and I make soap. I am not technically minded at all. This app is really easy to set up and use with excellent support over whatsapp. (thanks Divya!!!) If i can use it then anyone can and with only being small, the free plan is perfect for me to start with and I will upgrade when I need to. All my products are now on ebay without me having to do very much. I 100% recommend.

Absolute phenomenal app. Since I downloaded the app it runs as smooth as anything. What makes things even better is the staff who go above and beyond the call of duty to help you. For example I was transferring some products from my Shopify store to eBay and a member of staff was checking to see if everything was OK. They even took over for a short while and made sure all necessary products were transferred correctly. They done all this willingly. That's just goes to show the sort of people/team there is behind this app. WELL WORTH IT.

Ottima app, fa esattamente ciò che dice. Tutti i prodotti del mio store vengono sincronizzati perfettamente su eBay e lo stesso per gli ordini provenienti da eBay, a patto, ovviamente, di saper effettuare bene la configurazione.
