Thank you DocuDesign, We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us this review. Our primary goal is to provide an automatic process to reduce the manual works of sellers. When seller installs the eBay integration app into their Shopify store then the app before uploading them on ebay marketplace, firstly import those products into the app then after making it as per eBay marketplace' guidelines products can be uploaded in bulk via the app. After uploading the products, the ebay integration app enables the automatic syncing for inventory & price from Shopify to ebay marketplace also when any order placed on the ebay marketplace the integration app automatically fetch those orders & create them on Shopify store. Also, Send the shipping details for ebay orders from Shopify to ebay marketplace. It reduces a lot of manual work. We have provided the help sections(including FAQs, Videos, docs) for your assistance. I am using the app for little over 6 months, enough time to get good impression of its pros and cons. After being bitterly disappointed with other Ebay integration application before, I stumbled on this one – and it is a keeper! What a like about this app: • It works with your existing Ebay Business policies. You can still create and manage your business policies on Ebay. • You can still edit your listings directly on Ebay if needed. The listings are not locked. • The application workflow is a bit cumbersome and complex, but that allows application to be quite sophisticated and flexible The application support team deserves special mention. Support is fast, responsive and knowledgeable. On two occasion when I ran into an issue with the app, the problem was escalated and quickly resolved by the developers. I wish more companies would have support as good as these guys

After trying to use this app i am convinced that most of the reviews below me are bots/paid for. the app was terrible! and the customer service even worse ( i waited 45 minutes just to have my own questio nrepeated back to me in broken english). Trying to upload with this app returns error messages as it relies on linking business policies that dont exist in the UK ebay platform!
Dear UPVC Warehouse, As eBay is a large marketplace, it is having lots of settings, terms & conditions so that the seller can get the benefit of selling on eBay. The eBay marketplace requires business Policies(Shipping, Return, Payment). If eBay marketplace found any missing information or your products violates the listing policies, then they throw the error with the products and do not list them until you fix them. We do not restrict sellers to list their items on the eBay marketplace. We show the details in our panel what we get from the ebay marketplace. Apart from this, we are apologies that you get the late response from the team. We have more than 15k active sellers on the integration app. Continuously & daily we serve all the sellers at our best way. This app is fantastic and the customer service is like nothing I've seen before. I was able to chat with Vishal from within the app in Shopify and he answered all my questions and guided me through the setup. Then he setup my own Whatsapp group where I can contact him any time. After being frustrated time and time again with the Shopify eBay channel I'm so very, very happy to have found CedCommerce and I can't wait to work with them on other marketplace apps.

They made a WhatsApp group where I was able to talk directly to developers, and they could address any issues I had setting things up. CEDcommerce does the best they can, their customer support is unlike any other. ***1 Year later update: Haven't regreted!, no point of looking elsewhere. Customer Service is still top, Once everything is setup properly, rarely have to think about it.

Unfortunately support does not understand English very well and their app was buggy in the import of SKUs from Ebay.
Sorry for the inconvenience JasonL Office Furniture, it was unfortunate to see your review for our ebay integration app. The eBay integration app helps sellers to list their products from SHOPIFY to EBAY Marketplace. It does not IMPORT SKU/Products from EBAY MARKETPLACE to SHOPIFY. Both processes( products from SHOPIFY to EBAY Marketplace & from EBAY MARKETPLACE to SHOPIFY) are different from each other. We have a separate app (Multichannel Importer) to import products from MARKETPLACE(eBay, Amazon, Walmart etc. ) whereas the eBay integration app publishes your products on eBay marketplace. Our support member was trying to convey the same thing, but unfortunately, you did not get that and left this review. We currently serve more than 15k active sellers of overall the world. This is a great app to use to integrate your Shopify store with eBay. After installing the app you really should take the short amount of time it takes to read the help articles that walk you through how to use the app. If you want to get straight to how to set everything up, start with the Profile article onwards. I tried to set thigns up before reading the articles and made a mess of it and almost cancelled the app, but I'm so glad i was patient and read the articles and asked for help from the chat support. If you need any help, the chat support is the best I have used for an app of this price, it is as good as the very expensive tools that I have used on other projects. We had a problem which the chat support fixed within one day, and they respond almost instantly at any time. For me, the chat support makes this one of the best apps I have used on the Shopify app store. Great chat support can make or break an app, and this app has great support. A few stand out features of the app: You can edit your products titles, prices, descriptions etc especially for eBay in a csv. file and bulk upload the changes. You can sync your orders and inventory, so that when a product is sold on eBay, it will be removed from Shopify, and vice versa. You can also apply your business policys across all your listings. If you would like to add item specifics for each of your eBay listings, you will have to use an app to add meta fields to Shopify, we recommend this one, as the support is excellent as well and will help you set it up: https://apps.shopify.com/accentuate?surface_detail=accentuate&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=1&surface_type=search Once you have added the meta fields for the item specific values you want to include, you can update these in your CED profile, and you can apply custom item specific to your eBay listings through CED. As we upload new products regularly, the only thing that would improve the app for us, would be if you could Upload & Revise multiple profiles at once, and hopefully this is something that they could implement soon. But otherwise, we will be using CED for all of our marketplace integrations, and we couldn't recommend it more highly at this price point. If you take the short time to read the introductory help articles, and ask for help when needed from the fantastic support staff, you will find almost everything you will need is possible through this app to create eBay listings from your Shopify products and manage your inventory through Shopify.

The eBay integration app fetch products from Shopify to the app, the product prepare as per the guidance of eBay marketplace, through the app, products can be uploaded either by selected or all in bulk. Well designed App! It is not easy to set up. But they have outstanding supporting team. I was on chat with them whenever I needed. They are knowledgeable and professional. 10 stars for their supporting team. It does need quite bit of work to set attributes right in Shopify.

Works perfect once you understand how to use it. There are a lot of nuances to understand for a store with a variety of product types/options/shipping needs, etc. Help and support articles are vague and lacking in details, so expect some trial and error for larger selections.Customer service has a bit of a language barrier, but is friendly and helpful and super responsive. Overall good experience so far.
