The app that almost sent me broke. Twice over one month I removed their one star feedback as I was promised by the owner that all the issues this caused me would be fixed. Ebay have also had complaints about this so it may pay to even contact them before proceeding. Many hours lost and revenue over a month period. All I got was appologies and promises that never came to fruition. In the end I was told it was because of coronavirus, thats when I finally walked away. Happy to share more detail but enough time spent on this thing. Now 3/8/2022 Came across these guys again - nothing has changed poor service

It was really unfortunate that the app could not fulfill your requirement at this moment immediately. The updates which were possible on an urgent basis, the development team did but to fulfill all the requirements, the team needed more time to implement that. This is a great app. It allows us to set up templates for items with different sizes and shipping availability. The interface was a bit confusing to begin with as we had a host of items already on eBay from our previous store using a different integration. The support has been very good in helping me to get everything set-up to convert these listings and now everything is in sync with the new store and running well.

I really like the app, it's easy to use and has a simple set up. Templates help a lot with automation, and the support is really great. All problems are responded to quickly and effectively. Great app!

Works well - its very easy to setup & use. I had it creating listings on eBay in under an hour. The integration works well and seamlessly. The app didn't have a feature to sync some of my product information using Shopify Tags, however I spoke to their customer support and they were able to create want I wanted as custom add-on within 1 day. Orders immediately started flowing in. I like the fact that everything can be managed in Shopify and that orders & fulfillments flow seamlessly between eBay and Shopify.

I have no idea whether or not this app works because the documentation is terrible and the non-english speaking customer service can't understand a word I say. After 3 days of repeating myself and being told a two-way inventory sync would take "10-15 days" per product I gave up. I wish I could get my time back. Total waste.

The eBay Integration app definitely provides the two-way inventory syncing between Shopify Store & the eBay marketplace. The app follows the below-mentioned process- "Whenever inventory gets updated to Shopify Store, the app syncs and updates it on eBay marketplace. In the same way, if an order is placed on eBay marketplace, the app fetches that order, creates it on your Shopify store. At the same time, the inventory gets updated for that product(s) on your Shopify Store. " The inventory syncing takes 10-15 minutes only and not 10-15 days, hereby clearing the air of confusion. Very good app so far. Easy uploading and great support. If the other integrations they offer are as easy as this one, I'll integrate more. We have tried similar apps in the passed, but none as easy as this one.

The app is really great - It allows to integrate very seamlessly and give an overall snapshot of it. The best part is the support that plays an important element. Also, the team goes ahead and they take you step by step in setting up in the E-Bay platform and that is also a great help if you are not so proficient in the platform
