I have had a problem with out of stocks on an ongoing basis, most of the agents are always pointing fingers as you did this or that. I am a sole proprietor and I know I did it, it was not beneficial to get me riled up by always accusing me. Today was different, I had an order not sync and went to the chat to see what had happend. Sahil Pandey was my agent today, no finger pointing, just this is why, and then options to fix it without me having to jump through hoops. I really appreciated Sahil's style if you want to call it something, of dealing with me. Sahil even created the order for me. No one, no one has ever offered that before.
