This app is very good. The tech support has always been pretty much instant when I have asked for help and they have always fixed the issue very fast. Very happy with this app.

Super supportive when integrating on the fee plan, hoping this platform will drive sales through ebay and move onto the paid plan. Updated 29/01 - Super helpful. Would highly recommend Umar and the team

Update - CedCommerce have informed me that eBay do not permit any Apps to manage the refunds, so this is an eBay issue. But I feel this could be made clearer somehow when generating the refund through Shopify so I have requested that something be done to improve this. ______________________________________ This app has worked really well for us, enabling us to easily add our products into eBay whilst keeping stock levels integrated with Shopify so it all runs seamlessly together. The only setback I've had is with the returns. I initiated a refund through Shopify for an eBay order but this isn't automatically generated so you have to manage this through eBay. That's the only downside so far.

It made it so much ieasier to post my products on ebay. I originally had my shop on Etsy, but moved my product on ebay at no time, and getting the same service. I also appreciate the customer support, which was able to help me out within minutes.

This is the best EBay integration app I have used. I am not very technically gifted therefore the instant help, available via the chat, is extremely valuable. I cannot recommend the integration highly enough and the customer service is second to none. Thank you

I just used Cedcommerce to integrate my Shopify store with my Ebay store and it worked perfectly. I want to especially give a shoutout to the support chat because they walked me through every single thing I needed help with to set up the integration. Probably the most helpful customer service I've received in a long time. So win on every front, the integration was super smooth and the support was so so helpful!

The app works very well. Syncing is very smooth and product export does not take more than 5 seconds. Best thing about CedCommerce is their Customer Support. Some of their customer representative especially Rishu Agarwal and couple other people are highly cooperative and respond to the queries very quick.
