If you're on the fence on whether or not to try Webgility compared to the other apps that tout the same features, be assured that Webgility and provide everything you need. If you have any other needs, just ask, typically they can come up with a custom solution for you as well. The onboarding sessions are essential to understanding and running Webgility, and they do a good job to make sure that everything works within their ecosystem. Everything is flexible and they seem to already have a fix or answer for any issue that comes up. Faizan is a real expert of their program and implementing and automating these processes is his specialty.
