Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

We're very happy with the experience and expertise of our support agent Faizan. He's very knowledgeable and patient with us on connecting all our channels for a seamless transition.

We sell product at both the wholesale and retail level using Shopify, Magento and Quickbooks. Webgility has been a huge asset to our operation. It's intuitive and customer support is on-point.

Overall, Webgility is doing what it's meant to do for us. We have it currently integrating the transactions for our Amazon accounts and are now working on also syncing our Shopify stores, so that all transactions process into Quickbooks automatically. The setup to get everything working the way we'd like did take some time, but Faizan and Webgility's support team have definitely been good in working through the challenges with us.

We were using a different product, but it could not handle our needs. We have 4 different sites with a mix of Magento and Shopify. We did our research and found Webgility handled our stores better in reguards to sync'ing with Quickbooks, Enterprise Desktop with advance inventory. It is always nervous changing programs, but we went for it. It took about a month to set up and get going but we are up and running now. We worked with Faizan, who worked hard to get us up and running smoothly while training us.

Arun was very helpful in getting my webgility setup back to functional after I upgraded to Quickboooks Desktop Enterprise. I didn't realize that Quickbooks upgrade would erase some of my webgility settings, but it did. Arun dove right in and got me back to 100% functional. I sleep better knowing that webgility is getting my Shopify sales and customer info into Quickbook accurately.

Arun has been exceptional with integrating Webgility to QuickBooks. He has been very patient with my questions and his instructions have been clear. He is friendly and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Webgility and Arun.

The Webgility support agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our account for Shopify Payments and showing me how to download payouts. I would just have liked more explanation of why certain settings were being chosen and what the effect of each setting is to gain a better understanding of functionality.
