Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Faizan has been fantastic to work with during the implementation period with Webgility. His knowledge of the Webgility product and the ability to tailor the settings to our needs should greatly increase our productivity.

15 years using Webgility for QuickBooks/Shopify/Amazon integration and couldn't be happier! Recently changed computer systems and had to setup anew... But, with such professional assistance from Webgility (Aniket and Faizan were both so intelligent and helpful with all aspects) the transition was smooth and easy! Highly recommend Webgility.

Overall, Webgility is doing what we need it to do. We've been using Webgility to sync our Amazon and Shopify sales with QuickBooks, and it's held up well for our needs. The one wrinkle in our setup is that our QuickBooks instance is hosted on a remote server, so we're not able to give the scheduler round-the-clock access. That means syncing is more of a manual, on-demand process for us rather than fully automated — but it's a limitation on our end, not really a shortfall of the software, and it's been manageable day to day. Every time I've run into an issue, Webgility support has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in getting it resolved.

We had a very detailed and particular set of scenarios we needed to be able to make work with Webgility between our Shopify, Point of Sale, and Amazon sales channels. The team at Webgility were super helpful and patient, and were able to get us set up and working without much difficulty. Being able to integrate with the hosted version of desktop Quickbooks was a big deal, and so far we're very happy with the service and the app!
