This application is awesome. The user friendly interface, onboarding, and customer support is fantastic. We onboarded with Prerit F and he did a great job. We use Shopify and Amazon with Quickbooks online and it worked seamlessly. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Webgility has been very helpful for our Quickbooks Desktop integration. When finding a new software - you need to be able to rely on the technical support. With Himanshu and Faizan, along with others at Webgility we are able to succefully run our operations. Many thanks to Webgility.

Wonderful working with Faizan for our webgility setup. The best hands on customer service we've experienced. Detailed walk through of processes and explanations of our setup. He's a fantastic agent and wonderful person. Webgility has been meeting our needs for multiple sales channels including shopify and amazon.

We’ve been using Webgility Desktop for the past couple of years, and it has been extremely reliable for our operation. The software does exactly what it’s supposed to do—syncing ecommerce transactions accurately into accounting—and it does so consistently. Once configured properly, it simply works. A big part of our positive experience has been working with Faizan, our senior implementation specialist. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, understands both the technical and accounting sides of the platform, and is genuinely easy to work with. Implementations and adjustments are handled efficiently, and questions are answered clearly without guesswork. Webgility has become a dependable part of our workflow, and it has saved us a significant amount of time while reducing reconciliation issues. I can confidently recommend it to businesses that need a solid, production-ready solution for ecommerce accounting integration.

I have been working with Webgility in my 4 companies and setting up the channel stores with Quick Books and it has been the most seamless process. This group held my hand every step of the way they were so patient and knowledgeable I would recommend this interface app to anyone on Quick books with channel sale stores.

Our webgility implementation and onboarding experience has been very positive. Faizan, our training specialist, has demonstrated strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of e-commerce accounting workflows. He is consistently patient, clear and thorough during our ongoing traning sessions, taking the time to explain and answer questions thoughtfully. His calm and supportive approach has made the learning process smooth and productive, and we truly appreciate his guidence throughout the implementation.

So far things have been amazing working with the Webgility team. Faizan has been very helpful and patient in getting us setup. While we are still in the process of getting things configured, so far the experience has been great.

Prerit is clearly very skilled in the use of Webgility and coupled with a great demeanor he a) solved my problem b) improved my situation c) made our time together very successful. I can't recommend enough. Also, I mentioned to him, the use of Webgility with Quickbooks Desktop has been a game changer for us. So much LESS work in booking our transactions. I'm impressed and surprised at many functions I didn't know Webgility had!

I've been working with Webgility to integrate my Shopify store with my Quickbooks Enterprise desktop version. All of the people that I have worked with, from the project coordinator to the technical department, have been wonderful. They are professional and know the prodcuts inside and out. Most of all, everyone I have dealt with were excellent listeners, which is hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend.
