Great support from all the team memebers. Webgility is helping us recoding Amazon orders and Shopify orders to QuickBooks and now we are going to reconcile the Amazon settlement report.

We have been using Webgility to connect Shopify to Quickbooks. We have multiple Shopify stores to connect. Things have worked great. We have been very pleased with Webgility. We have been using Webgility for 10 years.

The support I receive from Webgility is CONSISTENTLY superior to all other app support from other companies I have been in contact with. I rated 5 stars as 6 is not available. My greatest wish is that this excellent support does not wane as they grow.

I have been extremely impressed with the onboarding process with Webgility, specifically Arun! He has assisted with the connection and configuration of all settings for our account. Him and his team helped me find solutions for our current pain points, he was extremely patient, and explained everything very clearly. I feel extremely comfortable using Webgility after our onboarding process, and I am confident that this app will provide us with the insights and functionality that we need!

The Webgility X Quickbooks Desktop connector has been a huge times savings for our small business. The team at Webgility, especially Prerit, have been great to work with. They are super patient, knowledgeable and understanding, and Prerit even made a great suggestion to help us improve our workflow and save even more data entry time. I have been using Webgility for over 6 years, and the integration with QuickBooks and our marketplaces is exactly what we need to operate our business successfully. Any issues we ever have, their tech support has always been able to resolve quickly and efficiently.

Faizan - Is great at listening. And making suggestions to help our processes. In one example, we have mapping challenges and he helped solve the majority of our mapping issues.

Ask for Arun as your implementation manager. He is very helpful and patient. The app is very robust and made our bookkeeping much more efficient. Customer support is outstanding. For a low tech organization like ours, we appreciate speaking with a real person where so many platforms don't permit it (shopify, etsy, etc.)

Prerit was extremely helpful in setting up our Etsy store and optimizing our Shopify settings to align with best practice recommendations. We hadn’t fully configured our Webgility account since initially creating it, so he helped prevent a lot of potential headaches down the road while also resolving existing issues. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure we truly understood the answers to our questions rather than just giving quick fixes. Even after our scheduled meeting time had ended, he stayed longer to ensure everything was clear and properly set up. Very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
