Prerit was extremely helpful in setting up our Etsy store and optimizing our Shopify settings to align with best practice recommendations. We hadn’t fully configured our Webgility account since initially creating it, so he helped prevent a lot of potential headaches down the road while also resolving existing issues. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure we truly understood the answers to our questions rather than just giving quick fixes. Even after our scheduled meeting time had ended, he stayed longer to ensure everything was clear and properly set up. Very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Prerit was wonderful and very knowledgeable, also, easy to understand. We went through issues with syncing from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop, and so far he was able to resolve all the issues we encounter along the way. There is more that we have to go through yet, but so far the experience was great!

This application is awesome. The user friendly interface, onboarding, and customer support is fantastic. We onboarded with Prerit F and he did a great job. We use Shopify and Amazon with Quickbooks online and it worked seamlessly. I would absolutely recommend this product.

We’ve been using Webgility Desktop for the past couple of years, and it has been extremely reliable for our operation. The software does exactly what it’s supposed to do—syncing ecommerce transactions accurately into accounting—and it does so consistently. Once configured properly, it simply works. A big part of our positive experience has been working with Faizan, our senior implementation specialist. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, understands both the technical and accounting sides of the platform, and is genuinely easy to work with. Implementations and adjustments are handled efficiently, and questions are answered clearly without guesswork. Webgility has become a dependable part of our workflow, and it has saved us a significant amount of time while reducing reconciliation issues.
