Real Aloe review for Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

The manual process of importing and posting from our sales channels was becoming time consuming. After much research, we decided on Webgility as the connector from our sales channels to our Azure cloud server and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. The installation process was very simple and did not have any negative effects on our server processes. Webgility provided multiple onboarding Zoom trainings, separating each relevant component of the application by training session. We worked with Faizan Sheikh, who was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient. Faizan took each element and explained the function and operation instructions in a very step-by-step and detailed manner. After our last training today, Webgility is fully operational, there are no issues and the integration processes are running transparently downloading and posting orders, payouts and settlement reports directly into QuickBooks.
