Underwater Wonders review for Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I have been using Webgility now for several months and have been very impressed with the whole process. It is an incredibly robust software that was eliminated a great amount of administrative work with creating products in both QBO and Shopify and syncing prices across the two platforms. I have been working with Prerit for onboarding and subsequent follow up sessions and it has been such a pleasure. He is incredibly patient, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The team is very open and responsive to feedback for suggested improvements and I am hopeful that my suggestions will be put into place. Currently, items can only be created in Shopify and "pushed" into QBO. I would also like to be able create items in QBO and "push" them into Shopify. My business often creates items in both areas and it would be a time saver to know that regardless of where they are created, they will be able to sync up.
