We had a great experience getting started with Webgility, and Prerit made the entire onboarding process easy. He helped us connect both our Shopify store and Amazon Seller account and walked us through the setup step by step. Prerit was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to make sure everything was connected properly and that we understood how Webgility would work with our accounting. I am an accountant for several ecommerce companies and have used several apps to map QuickBooks to Shopify. Webgility is hands down the best. Other apps result in many errors. Webgility easily flags errors so things can be corrected, where other apps just drop the transactions when an error occurs. Their customer service is also 5 stars.
They did a great job of walking us through a 1 on 1 session. It made everything very easy. It's nice to have a onboarding session like this making complicated accounting situations now easy.
