Webgility has been great for us. We've used it with other brands and they're very helpful. Muskaan was really great and diligent during our onboarding. In the rare case that we've ever had any sort of error or glitch, they get their team on it immediately and resolve. Highly recommend!

Our onboarding experience with Webgility was excellent from start to finish. The team demonstrated a strong understanding of both Shopify and QuickBooks Online, and they handled the integration of multiple Shopify stores seamlessly. What stood out most was their level of support and responsiveness. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and they ensured that all data—orders, fees, taxes, and payouts—was syncing accurately. The setup was done efficiently, with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations. They also took the time to tailor the configuration to our specific business needs, which is critical when managing multiple stores. Their expertise eliminated a lot of the guesswork and manual work we were dealing with previously. Overall, a very professional onboarding experience. Love the automation with Quickbooks! Set up was easy once we had our data sorted out. Love that it flags errors so you know exactly what's being synced between the systems. Prerit was a great implementation manager.

Webgility has been an absolute game changer for our accounting and ecommerce operations. The platform itself is powerful and flexible, but what really sets the experience apart is the support. Kanishk, in particular, has been outstanding. His depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and calm professionalism made even the most complex QuickBooks and Shopify reconciliation issues manageable. He does not guess. He understands the system end to end and explains the why behind every step, which builds real confidence. Thanks to his help, our books are cleaner, more accurate, and finally make sense. Highly recommended for any serious ecommerce business that needs reliable automation and expert support.

Great app for multi-channel syncing! I use Webgility to connect QBO to four separate sales channels and it works perfectly. The onboarding and support experience was top-notch. Prerit and Muskaan did a great job clearing everything out and making sure I understood the app's full potential for my future business needs. Highly recommended for anyone juggling multiple stores!
