We’ve tested multiple connectors between Shopify and QuickBooks Online, and Webgility is the only solution we’ve found that truly works the way QBO is meant to work. The biggest win for us is that Webgility can create summary invoice in QBO that accurately relieves inventory, instead of flooding QuickBooks with thousands of individual transactions. That alone makes it a standout product for any business doing real volume in Shopify. Beyond the software itself, the onboarding experience was excellent. He clearly understands both Shopify and QuickBooks Online, walked us through the nuances, and made sure the integration was configured exactly the way we needed.
