Support is great! Webgility (desktop version) is a very powerful tool. There is so much customization available for many unique circumstances. Once setup it can run in auto mode or you can do manual sync. There is a bit of a learning curve but Webgility support is AMAZING! I got a one hour on-boarding and a help line that is always available during regular business hours. I am still learning all that Webgility can do but help is only a phone call away and there is almost never much of a hold time to speak with an expert.
