Shamans Dawn review for Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online
We have been using Webgility for about 2 years now to synchronize our orders and inventory between Shopify, Etsy, and Quickbooks. It did take some time in the beginning to get everything working properly which felt like a challenge. However, I'm glad that we stuck through it. Once we were a couple of months in and fine tuned all of the settings with the help of the webgility support staff it has run very smooth and has saved us a great deal of time in data entry. On occasion (2-3 times per year) we will get an error due to Webgility or Quickbooks updating their software. But a quick call to Webgility Support resolves the issue. The Webgility support staff will commonly do a screen share and fix everything as we watch. Contacting support is typically very fast with a hold time of less than 2 minutes. I have seen reviews that indicated that the support was handled by a call center. At first I believed these reviews but quickly realized that support is simply an India based company and that the entire staff is extremely well versed and trained in the software. Bottom line- you may be a little frustrated when first starting off- but stick with it- once you are up and rolling you have access to some of the best integration and support staff that I've experienced.
