after much trial and error i finally come across EcomRise and couldn't be happier with the theme and the after-sale service which was almost instant. i had a couple issues i needed to iron out and they were sorted. in under 10 minutes @ 3am which i was really surprised. and i have to mention Susan, she's gone above and beyond what i asked her to help me with. Alfred helped me out with my issue he also suggested to install EcomRise for any future updates for the Ecomus theme. I could give more than five stars for the good customer service I received but five is the maximum. Alfred, keep up with the good work.

Ich wollte eine Neue Funktion austesten. Dies konnte man mit einem einfachen klick per Chat klären. Durch eine kurze Rückfrage von Anna konnte es verifiziert werden und die Erweiterung wurde freigeschaltet in kurzer Zeit. Super schnell und freundlich!

I am having a great experience with the support that THE4 company has given me. The support helped me build my website the way I needed it without having to hire a programmer for it. They also have an integrated EcomRise application, which helps a lot to choose between several template models, thank you for the wonderful and attentive support!
