That app is a must-try, seriously. The team behind it has been putting their hearts into it. It's incredibly user-friendly—I, as a beginner, found it super easy to navigate. Plus, their tech team is incredibly reliable and responsible; they were there sorting out issues even during Christmas. A special shoutout to Alfred; he's like a wizard who can do it all!

The app is helpful for upsell features, specifically for inactive tab message. It reminds my customers to come back to my website. Therefore it can increase your sales conversion. And the staff is nice.

This is definitely very useful for anyone who bought the themes. In the past, updating the theme to a newer version was not so easy. Now you can do it in a few clicks. Very good team and useful innovations.

We downloaded EcomRise specifically for the Inactive tab message, because there is nothing better to bring customers back to your store with a message reminding them. Knowing from our own internet behaviour, we often have 10+ tabs open, and a small reminder always brings our attention back to that tab.
