I've been using EcomRise: Upsell & Cross Sell for a few months now, and I'm truly impressed with both the functionality and the support from the team. The app is easy to use and offers a variety of useful tools that have really helped me optimize my store. I especially want to highlight the fantastic support I received from Lien. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly for my website. Her quick and friendly responses made the entire experience even better. I've used a lot of themes in the past, but without a doubt, this one was one of the best. Especially due to the fact that it has a multi-brand option, which was very important for us. It's also very feature filled and is pretty fast.....as many shopify themes have a ton of code and slow page response times, as a result not so good for SEO and stuff. But what I'm the most impressed is the amazing support - led by Annie. We did run into some issues, but they were so fast in helping take care of stuff....so setting up the theme/site was a breeze. Thanks for all your help.
