UPDATE: The app creator indicated that the pricing & features bug described below is fixed (I didn't test it though). They also indicated they are working on a solution to allow editing of orders created by another app. The pricing and features of this app are not listed correctly. The app does not allow you to edit orders at the "starter" tier, only at the "pro" tier. Secondly, for anyone wondering - the app does not allow you to edit orders created by a different app (maybe this is a shopify limitation and not specific to this app, I'm not sure).

5 stars for support. I had very good experience. Professional, quick, polite, flexible. I got answers to all questions what I had in few minutes. About App. I was looking for possibility to add backdate orders and this app met my requirements. Easy to use, I solved my problem very quickly. Thank you very much!

I am unable to backdate my orders and I am unable to edit my billing address! I saw that a purchase of the more expensive plan is required to actually see any backdate orders.

Starter plan does not allow to backdate orders without the billing address and you are unable to edit the billing address without the more expensive plan. So unless I pay for the more expensive plan without the free trial, I'm unable to even see if the app works. Very sneaky.
