Editly has been a lifesaver - it lets our customers self-edit their orders without flooding our support inbox. Our team loves it and so do our customers. Good app. This is a real problem when we need to update the customer address when they have selected incorrect address and then we get RTO. The app is very easy to set up and customise to suit your needs. There are plenty of options available, allowing you to choose what customers can and can’t edit, as well as how things like small additional charges and refunds are handled. We haven’t had any customers use it yet, so we can’t comment on how much time it will save in practice. However, if customers do start making use of it, it should save us a good amount of time, particularly when it comes to managing address changes.

This app has some powerful features. It is straight-forward to set up, and the entire interface is customizable to our business, right from the dashboard. Really well done. We look forward to providing our customers with the option to edit their orders.
