Excellent app and outstanding support! This is a live example with my active customer - The customer selected the wrong shipping option and contacted us immediately after placing the order. With this app, we were able to update the shipping option without canceling the order. This feature alone has saved us a lot of time and unnecessary back-and-forth. A special thanks to Paresh for his excellent communication, technical support, and commitment to improving the app based on real merchant needs. He was highly responsive and even connected with me directly via WhatsApp to guide me through the app's features and help set everything up in store.
