Personally this has been the best product ive ever tried for importing reviews. The amount of different websites you can review from is very extensive and I was surprised to see there were additional features like video/image downloading you could also do through the app. Finally the customer service was unmatched, I had developers specifically assisting me with an extremely complex query and had support all throughout the weekend to get it fixed. In my opinion there is no app that comes close to this when you factor in quality and support. Thank you Roy and Mike.

This is the most amazing solution to reviews for online stores that needs prove of sales. Their customer service is top notch they responded to my email with immediate effect and helped me resolved my coding problem, all I did was to invite them and the job was done. Brilliant!! Am so impressed..

Editorify seems to have many shortcomings in its service. The slow response time, numerous bugs, and lack of technical guidance and assistance for customers are serious issues. Despite having the advantage of working with major Ecommerce companies in Southeast Asia, expanding to other platforms for learning and broadening Ecommerce presence could be beneficial. However, if technical problems and poor service persist, it can be quite disappointing for customers. The comparison with services like judge.me, which offer assistance and guidance without any cost, is an important point of evaluation. Giving a 1-star rating is already quite generous considering the experience i've had. Hopefully, Editorify can address these issues to improve customer experience in the future, especially for its CEO's attention.

The app is easy to use and you can choose which reviews you want to add. I would highly recommend it. Customer service is very good and they solved my issue quickly when I didn't see the product reviews showing up on the homepage.

Multiple issues. Broken trash app like most others on Shopify. Customer service is headed by an illiterate moron.

5 STARS !!! ..Excellent Support that ALWAYS solved any problem I ever had ..the representative even created a video using "my site" to walk me through the process ..Can't say enough great things about this app and the fantastic support I recieved.

Cant cancel the subscription, support is awful bad app overall dont waste your time. ................
Sorry for the bad experience. 1. We emailed you multiple times; please check. 2. As mentioned in our help center, to cancel the subscription, you need to delete the app from your Shopify store.

I was unhappy with my experience with the app and they reached out to me in minutes to try to troubleshoot this. I appreciate their concern and care for customers. I cannot speak to the quality of the app because I already found another alternative, but I can say the developer really does care.
