Works well to import reviews from Etsy, customer service was fast to help and fix a minor issue. i recommend this app.

Their support team is amazing!! I ran into a few issues with products not showing up and settings not registering correctly. I contacted customer support and had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was fast to respond and immediately set out to resolve my issues. He was great at keeping me in the loop about what was going on and was able to correct everything super fast! He gave me exceptional customer service!

Claims to import reviews from Overstock but does not. Does not work properly most of the time when importing from other "supported" sites. Says it imported reviews but they do not show up on site. When you contact them for support they tell you it works on their side and they can't do anything to help.
Sorry for your bad experience, our last email to you was on April 3 with a suggested step by step what to do, we never got any response to this email, so we assumed that everything is ok, we will be happy to help you with it, and if it can't be resolved on your side, we will go ahead and refund you.

Great app and Great support. It helped us to upload to our store valuable reviews, also we contact the support team to help us to solve an issue and they fixed in minutes. Highly recommended.

I use the app to bring in reviews and its a pretty easy process. The team at Editorify is super helpful if you have any issues. Great price too for all that they do. I love it

Been using this app for over a year and they are the best for the price plus I add a issue that I need to custom an I explain if they can do what I want are I got to hit the theme keener up an they fix it in less than 5 mins amazing service use them you won’t regret it.

I used this app to help me import reviews from a variety of websites. I really like how it does this as I have more control of where to import the reviews from as sometimes the suppliers do not always have the most relevant reviews so you have to go elsewhere to get them. I would be nice if it would automatically put the star rating by the price within the store theme and the full reviews at the bottom of the page. I did required support as I could not figure out how to do the above. It was quick and finished and I was grateful.

This app and it’s support team we’re outstanding for me! Very straight forward to use and can really help boost sales on your store, especially with the ability to have beautiful videos of all your products to give the customer the ultimate shopping experience. Well worth it, my favourite app. I don’t know what I would do without it. Highly recommend this app

Wonderful app! It works great, easy to use, and looks presentable on my site. The customer service is excellent; the editorify staff responds to email inquiries within minutes and assist immediately with all issues. I highly recommend this app.

I’ve never written an app review before but the support is so great for Editorify I had to make time! Moshe is sooo helpful and responsive you can’t go wrong. Only issue I have is switching over to this new review app I have to enter all my current Shopify reviews manually to match new reviews set up. Otherwise it’s fairly easy to import reviews from Etsy.
