eesel: AI Chatbot & Live Chat

The eesel team has built quite a helpful tool for our purposes. We have tens of thousands of historical Zendesk tickets and Shopify orders that we need to pull information from and eesel helps us do that efficiently. It also helps us to complete administrative tasks across systems including Shopify more quickly. Perhaps most importantly, the eesel team (both human and agentic) is very responsive and has been a big help in setting up, troubleshooting, and even testing out new features and approaches.
